MEMBERSHIP CADENCE
Semi-Annual — 2 membership visits per year.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RATE
$2,850 per year. Paid in full at enrollment: $2,708 (5% enrollment courtesy applied).

1. THE MEMBERSHIP
Dezier Air will attend the residence above for the number of membership visits stated, performing a full inspection, cleaning, calibration, and condition report of the indoor and outdoor units of record. Membership visits are scheduled in coordination with your Membership Concierge.

2. MEMBER PRIVILEGES
For the term of this membership you receive priority scheduling including peak seasons, a dedicated lead technician, no three-hour service minimums, preferred member labor rates of $240 per hour standard and $360 per hour overtime (compared with $300 and $450 non-member), 7% off eligible HVAC parts up to $5,000, and 3% off eligible new HVAC equipment up to $10,000. These are member privileges; they are in addition to, and do not reduce, the annual membership rate.

3. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
Repairs, replacement parts, refrigerant, new equipment, and work beyond the scope of a membership visit are quoted separately and billed at preferred member rates.

4. TERM AND RENEWAL
The membership term is twelve months from the date of signature and renews by mutual agreement. Rates may be adjusted at renewal with notice.

5. CHANGES TO THE SYSTEM
If indoor or outdoor units are added or removed, the annual membership rate will be adjusted accordingly for the remainder of the term.

6. ACCESS
The member agrees to provide reasonable access to all equipment on the scheduled date. Visits missed without 24 hours' notice may be counted as delivered.

7. CANCELLATION
Either party may cancel with thirty days' written notice. Amounts paid for membership visits not yet delivered are refunded on a pro-rata basis.

8. NATURE OF THIS DOCUMENT
This is a membership enrollment and pricing agreement. A countersigned copy and your first membership visit will be confirmed by your Membership Concierge within one business day.
